| The LTFT training arrangement is an agreement between the Resident Doctor, Employer and NHSE Local Office/School. By approving the initial application, NHSE and the School have agreed to the Resident Doctor reducing their hours for the specified period; this will need to be conveyed from the NHSE Local Office to any new Employer/Host Organisation as part of any subsequent rotations. |
