As an applicant, to log in please use the email address you have on your TIS Self-Service account and use the Forgotten Password option on the site (https://accent.hicom.co.uk/Pro/Live/web/). You will receive a password reset email which will be valid for 30 minutes.
If you do not receive login credentials, please submit a ticket with your first name, surname, GMC/GDC number and preferred email address. Please put “Login Request” in the subject. If your email address needs to be updated, you can do this via your TIS Self-Service account. Alternatively, please also provide your DoB and postal address and we can update your email address.
