I have an issue on test day. What should I do?

Please inform the test centre administrator as soon as the issue occurs, and they will resolve or create a case for the problem. Please submit an enquiry to the team via Submit a ticket : midlands.freshdesk.com within 24 hours of the test to discuss the issue.
